Cancellation Policy
Due to the fact that seating is limited we do encourage our students to commit upon time of paying / signing up for the classes. With that being said, we do know that there are unforeseen circumstances that warrant a cancellation.
Our refund policy is as follows:
45 days before signed up session 100% refund (minus any payment processing fees up to $25.00)
30 days 75% refund
15 days 50% refund
We cannot make refunds less than 15 days before a seminar due to costs incurred to reserve facilities and meet other commitments after this time.
Should you need to cancel, we will give you a credit for up to 2 hours of consulting or reserve you a place in a future class.
